Single-family house project made by 8 hands, with Anna Gener and Albert Cibiach (author also of the sketches that served to make the clients decide).

In an environment of single-family houses in the upper part of Castellvell del Camp, Baix Camp county. The house is located on a privileged plot, at the top of a significant slope, where wide views and good orientation coincide. Access from the highest point, where the parking, living room and kitchen are located. From here the program is staggered in half floors, which are adapted to the topography so that from all spaces are accessed at the same level to the garden directly or through an outdoor terrace.

The upper platform is supported by a reinforced concrete retaining wall, which also serves as the side wall of the linear pool that underlines the boundary of the house, follows the house on the south façade and connects the master bedroom and the living room. The house is a play of twinned volumes open to the views and at the same time allowing cross views between them.

The construction of the house is technically a simple construction, with load-bearing ceramic brick walls plastered and painted white and one-way concrete ceilings with prefabricated joists.
