The sports area around the soccer field has some buildings constructed in several actions spaced over time without a unitary criterion, they are also insufficient and the provisional solutions are already precarious.

We were asked for a study for the arrangement of the whole, the proposed solution will be to eliminate the construction of temporary modules and make an extension of the existing building at both ends, with a program of changing rooms, public services and a multipurpose room adjusted to the needs of the service provided by the equipment. We are also asked to include a new grandstand that will allow the public to watch the games comfortably. They will face the existing locker room building allowing the public to have an overview of the players’ movements on the field, to the dugouts and in and out of the locker rooms.

The construction of the bleachers is being carried out as a first phase of the renovation of the complex.

Despite being attached to the perimeter of the field, the construction of the grandstand is conditioned by the proximity of the stream that passes a few meters behind it. Any construction at this distance is required to be permeable in case of a possible flood of water. Therefore, it is necessary to support the pavement on the natural terrain. To facilitate accessibility, a small ramp allows us to climb from the natural terrain to the plan of the lower platform of the grandstand..

The entire structure is made of glued laminated timber, with stainless steel metal joints. The roof is made of zinc sheet on plywood board. The railings and protections are made of wooden uprights and handrails, with stainless steel mesh to cover the openings between supports.
